MCMDO is mainly managed by the board of directors. The programs that the organization executes are managed by the six departments that it has; namely operations department, health and sponsorship department, finance department, monitoring and evaluation department human resource department and the public relation and resource mobilization department. The overall activity is supervised and controlled by the Executive Director .
